TechnoPro Construction, Inc. (the “Company”), in strict compliance with the law, recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and ensures protection in accordance with the policy outlined below.​

1.When the Company acquires personal information, it must be gathered with a specific purpose and by legal and fair means. Usage and provision of personal information must remain within the scope necessary to perform the relevant tasks.​

2.The Company will use the personal information it collects only for conducting recruiting and placement services, and temporary staff services.​

3.The Company will not use the personal information acquired from a customer for purposes other than those given at the time of acquisition or provide the information to any third party unless the customers’ consent is given, except in the cases prescribed below: ​

  • The handling of personal information is based on laws and/or regulations;​
  • The handling of personal information is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;​
  • The handling of personal information is specially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;​
  • The handling of personal information is necessary for cooperating with a state body, local government, or an individual or business operator entrusted by either of the former two in executing the affairs presented by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the person is likely to impede the execution of the relevant actions.​

4.When a customer makes a complaint or request or requires the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of registered information, the Company will respond to such customer requirement within a reasonable period of time after verifying the customer’s identity.​

5.The Company takes appropriate measures to prevent personal information from being lost, destroyed, falsified, or leaked.​

6.The Company observes the laws and regulations related to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines prescribed by the state, and other norms.​

Basic Policies for Information Security

Through its engineering services, TechnoPro Construction places a premium on supporting client businesses and contributing to society. Information assets are an important management resource. Using and protecting information assets in an efficient manner and providing stable service are crucial management issues. Based on our recognition of this, we have established the following information security policies (basic policies) as part of our unified, company-wide efforts to ensure information security.​

  • TechnoPro Construction shall identify confidential business information and personal information, establish risk assessment criteria and mechanisms for the identified information, and perform risk assessments accordingly. Appropriate information security measures shall be taken to protect the information.​
  • TechnoPro Construction shall conduct education and training activities periodically and as required in order to improve all employees’ awareness of the importance of security.​
  • TechnoPro Construction shall take measures in advance with respect to threats related to information security to ensure the ongoing provision of services to clients. Swift action and measures to prevent recurrence shall be taken in the event of an information security incident.​
  • In undertaking measures to maintain security and safety, TechnoPro Construction shall comply with relevant laws and regulations including the Personal Information Protection Act, the Unauthorized Computer Access Act, the Unfair Competition Prevention Act and copyright, as well as business agreements. When a violation occurs, the relevant provisions of the Employment Regulation shall be applied and disciplinary action taken.​
